The senior rep program’s purpose is to offer awesome services to a handful of seniors free of charge in return for a ton of exposure on social media and a solid referral base! We are looking for outgoing, unique and fun individuals. Your Rep Perks…
#1) A Free modeling session (value of over 350) which includes 4-6 outfit changes and up to three locations*. Photos will be taken anywhere between late April to early June depending on our wonderful Wisconsin weather. The time period is to be at the discretion of the Photographer and will be taken no later than June 1st.
#2) Designer Rep Cards – custom designed cards with your name and image.
#3) Your pictures may be featured on our website, ad materials and any of our social media sites! You’re famous!
#4) FIVE watermarked downloadable images to be display on your computer and your social media sites.
#5) Custom social media profile and cover pictures!
#6) Lots of chances to win product, including wall art, by interacting with our social media pages.
#7) For every rep card redeemed from your friends, you will receive $10 off your final portrait order. Your friend will receive 15% off their session fee! (valid one card per Senior, per session and not to exceed the purchase amount of the order). Plus other great prizes based on the number of Seniors you bring in.
#8) If you refer and book 8 people, you will also receive ALL of your high resolution digital files for FREE WITH print rights!
#9) Get 50 friends and family to become a fan aka “like” vJoy Photography on Facebook by March 31st, and your family will get a FREE family session (Valid for {Session ONE} only, must be redeemed by October 1st a non-refundable reservation fee of 75.00 required. This deposit is to hold your date and will go toward your print order. “Likes” will be calculated by the amount of fans who first like our Facebook page AND THEN comment on our wall “I’m a fan and vote for #(your name)”. Only tags from friends who have liked our page AND are new followers will count.
Most importantly you will get amazing top quality Senior photos that capture who you are!
Your Rep Responsibilities…
#1) Recruit friends by showing your off pictures!
#2) Be knowledgeable enough to tell your friends why they should go to vJoy Photography for their Senior session!
#3) To help spread the word, you MUST use your images from vJoy Photography as a profile picture and/or cover
photo on your social media sites throughout the summer. If you do not, you forfeit your Rep status and will be held accountable for session and other fees.
#4) To be a Senior model you MUST be a fan of vJoy Photography on all social media sites.
#5) Senior models will be expected to interact (likes, shares, etc.) with the above sites frequently before, during and after your session date and purchase of prints. If you do not, you forfeit your Rep status (see contract for details).
Other Important Info…
#1) You must attend one of the two informational meetings. See blog post for dates. You must book to be a model and pay the $100.00 deposit by April 8th. This deposit is to hold your date and will go toward your print order. Your session must take place before June 1st. Dates will go fast, if you do not you will forfeit your retainer and your status of Senior Rep.
#2) If you earn rep cards they are to be given to friends who are interested in booking a Senior session with vJoy. Please do not give them to classmates who already have a session booked with somebody else. Purchasing additional discounted personalized rep cards would be up to you. vJoy business cards can be used once you have given out your cards.
#3) Senior Reps must have a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the Senior portrait services of vJoy. You must not speak badly about any other photographer when promoting vJoy Photography.
#4) When your referrals book a paid session and bring in your rep card or vJoy business cards, you will receive your discount on product. These referrals can also include anyone who books a regularly priced portrait session (Family, Newborn, and Senior). Credits will only be issued when a referred session is completed and/or paid in full. Credits will not be given on previously ordered products and will only apply for orders placed after credits were earned. Sessions book fast, if your referral doesn’t book before sessions are gone no discount or reward will be given to you or your referral. Don’t let them wait to book!
#5) Product credit has no cash value. Credit not used toward regularly priced products will not be valid for any other type of service. Credits will only be good during your initial ordering session and will expire immediately.
#6) Product discounts will not apply to things such as tax and shipping.
#7) Ordering gallery shall remain open for 1 week after your reveal and re-open May of your graduation year. After that there is no guaranteed access to your photos without a service fee. Photos, other than favorites are not kept by the photographer after graduation.
#8) Parents or legal guardians of the Senior Rep must sign a model release allowing us to use your images for advertising. A parent or legal guardian also must accompany you on your session, unless written permission is given.
#9) A full portrait contract must be filled out and the terms and agreements understood before any session takes place.
