Melissa and Jacob got married on a lovely day over the July 4th weekend in 2013. I thought it would be nice to reminisce on warmer weather and be reminded of this fun wedding. It was a pleasure spending the holiday with them. I wasn’t able to meet Jacob before the wedding because he was serving in the armed forces in South Carolina. He and Melissa showed a lot of strength during their long time apart, Melissa was here in Wisconsin. Phone dates and a cute game of note passing through Pez Dispensers kept them connected. The reception did not lack entertainment. The Bride’s mother had professional dancers come and put on a show, Jacob sang a song during the speeches to Melissa and the DJ had them play an adorable game. Overall the day was perfect and definitely a day they will remember forever!
